I have hotmail. but did my email actualy get sent?

i wrote up an email and pressed send. however on the left side where it says inbox drafts and delted etc., it does NOT have a litte number 1 in the parentheses next to the sent box to signify that an email has been sent





however when i click on the sent box my sent email is there.





so did it send or not?

It did send, as its sending, it will have a 1 next to Outbox once sent it will move to Sent. The sent folder never has a 1 next to it.
Reply:Yes, it is sent. The only reason to have a 1 next to the sent folder is if you have an unsent message which has been drafted, or if you tried to send a message when you were offline and it is waiting to be online again before it sends.
