For getting spam. Get a good e-mail address, but don't give it out on the internet.





I usually keep one e-mail address for spam (I don't really trust this site) type of places. And One e-mail address for just people I know.

Choose a password that's at least 8 characters long. Make the characters include 0-9, a-Z, ~!@#$%^%26amp;*()_+`-=[]\{}|;'%26lt;%26gt;?;',./ and or foreign characters such as 脿 氓 莽 锚 毛 猫 茂 卯 矛 脛 脜 etc.
Reply:Use strong passwords. A combo of uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, symbols and punctuation marks.A minimum of 8 characters, the longer the better. You should change your password at least once a month. Also don't use the same passwords. Also with your security question, either have a very hard one, or use a non related answer as your answer.
