On my hotmail account, it says incorrect email address or password when I try to log in...?

They may have deleted my account. But my question is...can I call hotmail or MSN to try to resolve this? What is their phone number?

You might try to recreate the same account again if it's been deleted. If the account exists, you can still recover the password.





Please click "using enhanced security" during your logon, so that the password will be encrypted.

make sure you have type in the right password if it still dont work ,try windows messenger with your msn id
Reply:I don't know their phone# but I can kinda help you.First you have to make sure you check your account and password to make sure it's correct.Then if it's correct (all correct) you have to try to sign in like 5 times.After that you have to find their phone in their phone book.If you can't find their phone you can e-mail me and let me know so I can look in my phone book to check for their phone#.
Reply:I have the exact same problem. My account hasnt been deleted because I can still use msn and I still receive emails although I cannot read them. I would like to know myself too so I can get it sorted.
