Probably either hotmail or yahoo. However, gmail is quickly becoming a huge factor in the email sphere.

Reply:yahoo and hotmail but gmail beats them all. you can chat with google talk users right in your inbox plus many more cool things you can't do in other services. let's see you delete all your emails in you inbox with one click. you can also use your account as a 3gb network drive.
