I want to have my yahoo email address confirmed with paypal.com. they have sent many emails but non of them have made it to my yahoo address. so I sent a test email from my hotmail address and it never got to yahoo either.
Why doesn't yahoo mail except email from paypal.com or my hotmail.com account?
Check your bulk folder...and make sure you change your settings to allow mail from paypal
