Check that the sender has used the EXACT address.
I am not receiving an email from a hotmail account please can you help?
It depends mostly on the type of mail being sent. If it has pictures or video, the hotmail or your account might not be capable of sending/receiving the file. So make sure you check the size first. Also check your filter settings.
