Why do i get an e-mail stating email not deliverable - hotmail when account is still active past 5 months?

Most likely you have some sort of typo in the address you are sending to. Like a , where the . belongs? Something like that.





If this person has a valid hotmail account, have them message you and reply to it. Right click on their address and add it to your list.

the person whom you sent that email is probably an invalid email address, or that persons email box is full, that new emails cannot be delivered to that person
